All active Star Members are covered after 3 months

Benefit Amounts
Important Exclusions
Membership Status
Member must be actively enrolled and in good standing. Inactive, canceled, or past due memberships are not eligible.
Mass Casualty Events
Benefits will not be paid if three (3) or more CES members pass away from the same natural disaster, war, act of terrorism, or similar large-scale event.
Fraud or Misrepresentation
Any attempt to submit fraudulent documents or falsify claims will result in immediate benefit forfeiture and possible legal action.
Suicide Clause
Suicide is excluded during the first 12 months of membership but is covered thereafter.
